KALOUR is committed to cleanliness and safety of handling our products. Hence, we take actions in making sure that we stay sanitized. Items and packaging are cleaned and disinfected with necessary sanitizing products. Our products are also limited in being exposed to multiple people and surfaces.

ALL hair items undergo a sanitation process that includes shampoo, deep conditioning, and air drying for both cleanliness & quality enforcement.

We will not allow returns and/or exchanges on our products once shipped out. I hope it is understood and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
